Privacy Policy
FaceWIN
Last updated: June 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how the facewin.ru website ("the Site") handles data when using the CS2 match analytics service. By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. In short
The Site does not require registration and does not store users' personal data. To analyze a match, only the match identifier (Match ID) that you enter manually is used. Player statistics are requested from the public FACEIT API, cached in memory for a short time and are not stored permanently.
2. What data is processed
When analyzing a match, the Site processes the following data:
- Match identifier (Match ID) - entered by the user, used to request match data.
- Public player statistics - nickname, level, country, K/D, ADR, win rate and other game metrics obtained via the Faceit Data API.
- Match data - team composition, score, map, status (in progress / finished).
All this data is publicly available on the FACEIT platform and does not constitute personal data requiring special consent.
3. What data is NOT collected
- The Site does not require registration, login or authentication.
- The Site does not request name, e-mail, passwords or payment data.
- The Site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics SDKs.
- The Site does not sell data to third parties.
4. Caching and storage
For performance and to reduce the load on the Faceit API, the Site uses multi-level caching:
- In-memory cache (IMemoryCache) - Faceit API request results are stored in the server's RAM for 5–20 minutes, after which they are automatically deleted.
- Request deduplication (single-flight) - when multiple users access the same match simultaneously, a single API request is made.
Game statistics and match data are not stored in the database permanently.
5. Machine learning
The Site uses an ML model to predict the teams' win probability. To train the model, only aggregated numerical metrics (K/D, ADR, win rate, etc.) and the actual match result are stored in the database. No personal data or player identifiers are stored in the model.
6. Data transfer to third parties
The Site does not transfer user data to third parties. The only external integration is requests to the Faceit Data API to obtain public game statistics. These requests are made from the Site's server and do not reveal your identity.
7. Cookies
The Site uses Blazor Server technology, which maintains a connection via SignalR. For correct operation, a technical session identification cookie may be used. The Site does not use cookies for tracking, advertising or analytics.
8. Abuse protection
To protect against spam and overload, the Site applies request rate limiting by IP address. The IP address is used solely to apply limits and is not stored in the database.
9. Server logs
The server may temporarily record technical logs (request time, status codes, errors) for diagnostics and monitoring. Logs do not contain personal data and are automatically deleted after the retention period expires.
10. Children
The Site is not intended for use by children under 13 and intentionally does not collect children's data.
11. Changes to the policy
We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page. The last updated date is shown at the top.
